Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

​

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. as our room sprays must ship GROUND and are classified as ORM-D. We typically ship within 2-3 days after paid receipt of order. We use FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground as our shipping carrier. We have had great experience while using FedEx and UPS and will continue to use their services. It is estimated that once your product ships, it will take 4-7 days to arrive via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground, depending on where you live. Please plan for this if a delivery deadline is crucial.

DELIVERY NOTE:  Please keep in mind delivery on extremely hot and extremely cold days. Our soaps should be kept at room temperature. If our product freezes, please wait for it to thaw completely, give it a few good shakes and it should be fine. The quality of the product after it has been frozen should still be great, but it is no longer guaranteed.

We have two goals; 1) For you to receive a superior quality product that you'll enjoy. 2) That you are a happy customer. We also know that this isn't perfect world. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product to let us know about any issues.

 

If your shipment was damaged during transit, the damaged goods and its original packaging must be kept so that Scentral Dispatch LLC can file a claim with the carrier. Pictures will be requested. Discarding any proof of damage will forfeit your claim and any chance of a replacement will be voided.

Any merchandise which appears to be damaged due to customer's neglect, will not be replaced for any reason.

 

Before returning merchandise, please email us for approval before shipping. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted for any reason. Returned merchandise must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. You are responsible for any loss or damage to returns during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

If you have placed an order in error please notify us as soon as possible before your package is shipped. A cancellation fee may apply. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Sorry.

Checks, money orders, or wire transfers are NOT accepted, sorry. Cash (accepted at craft shows), most credit cards, and PayPal are accepted.

We assure you are getting the amount of product you are paying for. There is never less than the stated amount on the bottle. Not all fill levels are 100% equal. Our products are handmade and hand-poured so we are not going to be perfect. Any extra amount poured into the container is passed on to you, our customer. BONUS!

Keep products stored at 'room temperature'. Don't let product temperatures get below 32 degrees Fahrenheit or above 85 degrees Fahrenheit to assure consistent quality of the product.

<<<  CUSTOMIZABLE LABELS  >>>

We have the right to reject any custom label we feel is distasteful or inappropriate. This is at our discretion.

 

If your custom label is approved and printed and somehow offends someone, Scentral Dispatch LLC will not be held liable for any damages or harm caused to them. When you purchase this option from us, you own the label and the product the label is attached to. You will be held liable for any actions you do thereafter with the product. By purchasing this custom label option, you agree to the above statement.

<<<  ROOM SPRAY AND FOAMING HAND SOAP 'SPRAYS/HAND WASHES PER' AMOUNT CLAIM  >>>

We tested both the room spray and foaming soap to determine 'sprays & hand washes per container'. We got 760 pumps of room spray in a 4 oz. bottle and foaming hand soap we got 170 pumps per 8 oz. container. We recommend (4) pumps of room spray per 100 sq ft room and (1) pump of foaming hand soap per hand wash. This is only a recommendation, you can alter as desired which will change the 'sprays/hand washes per' amount.

If an allergic reaction, indigestion, or contact with face/eye(s) occurs, seek medical attention, if deemed necessary.

Not everyone has the same tolerance for bath and body products. If irritation occurs or there is any kind of allergic reaction while using any of our products, please stop use immediately. It is best to do a skin test prior to regular use. We stand behind our products and the ingredients 100%. We use our own products faithfully within our own household and sell our products to family and friends. But we understand that there are people that can react to certain ingredients differently than others, no matter how safe we feel the product is.

Our room sprays are concentrated, so you get more bang for your buck. Stronger scents equals less sprays needed per use. Please avoid contact with eyes, don't spray near fire or flame, and keep out of reach from animals and children. 

​

​Scentral Dispatch LLC will not be responsible for any damage or harm caused by our products.

​

Scentral Dispatch LLC makes NO claim that our soaps kill germs or viruses.

We have the right to change or terminate any coupon/promo code and discount amount at anytime, with or without reason and with or without issuing a public notice.

With any promotional discount, we have the right to refuse to accept discounted amount if there is an error caused by the website provider or us. We will refund the order amount and let the customer know the reasoning.
